Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our quality control division takes charge of the whole quality system and the testing and analysis of product reliability and working with I.E. engineers for production improvement. Our quality control team consists of 6 QC engineers, 4 QA engineers, and 32 QC technicians. They handle the complete process from inspecting incoming material, checking up production lines to test the products for shipment and bringing up some suggestions to improve quality and solve quality problems for customers.
Quality Control Procedures
Quality control: every worker is the first supervisor, IQC will inspect the incoming materials, and QC will conduct 100% inspection on each product, then QA will take a spot check.

For incoming materials, IQC engineers inspect the materials as per ANSI/ASQC Z 1.4-1993 Class B.
